Meet Madeleine, chef, and owner of The Larder. After working in cult classic restaurants around Adelaide, she knew her passion was producing high quality, larder products.
The Larder in any restaurant is where your bread, cheese, charcutier, raw fish, pickles, desserts, and other small goods come from. In her eyes, this section of the kitchen has the most ability to create incredibly intricate food dishes, creating a wild combination of flavours for your taste buds.
The Larder acknowledges Aboriginal people as the First Peoples and Nations of the lands and waters we live and work upon and we pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging. We acknowledge and respect their cultural heritage, spiritual connection, and relationship with the land.
