For Shipped Orders - Once payment has been received, your order is immediately placed in the
queue to be packed and shipped in sequence. You will receive email notifications throughout the
process as well as tracking details, so that you can easily track your order once shipped.


Due to the current climate that is COVID-19, please understand that your order may/can take longer than it usually would. The Larder would like to apologize for inconvenience this may cause and we thank you for your patience. Depending on where the order is being delivered, most cases:


Express post via Auspost:1-4 business days to most metro areas in Australia
Parcel Post via Auspost: 2-8 business days to most metro areas in Australia, up to 12 days for rural areas


Please note:
If you are receiving your goods in a rural part of Australia, please consider the extra wait
times.

 

In an unlikely event that your parcel is taking longer than 14 days please CONTACT US
so we can get in touch with our couriers The Larder does NOT deliver Overseas at this point in time.


The products offered by The Larder are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
