A staple in most kitchens, Preserved Lemons are versatile, flavorful, and fragrant. Traditionally found throughout the Middle East and Mediterranean region, preserved lemons tend to be used in tagines and stews. Try incorporating the lemons into hummus, pulse them into a paste and fold them in, or dice the lemons finely and roast with breadcrumbs and garlic for pangrattato; otherwise known as 'poor man's parmesan'. Rinse under cold water to remove excess salt.


Store in your fridge after opening. Consume within 6 months of opening.


Ingredients: Lemons, Salt, Lemon juice, bay leaf and black peppercorns.
